实验步骤:参考例2 4-氨基-1H-吡唑-3-羧酸甲酯参考例1中得到的4-硝基-1H-吡唑-3-羧酸甲酯(9.63g,56.3mmol),10%钯/碳(1.00g)的混合物 将甲醇(150mL)在氢气氛和室温下搅拌16小时。 过滤催化剂,减压蒸发溶剂,得到标题化合物(7.87g,收率99%)。 1H-NMR(CDCl3):δ3.93(3H,s),4.08(2H,brs),7.25(1H,s)。
