合成条件:With sulfuric acid; iodine; acetic acid; periodic acid In water at 50℃; for 5 h;
实验步骤:中间体1的合成; 将30.27g(110.8mmol)的2-溴-9,9-二甲基-9-芴,16.9g(66.5mmol)的I 2和15.2g(66.5mmol)的H5IO6溶解在乙酸(AcOH)中。 向溶液中滴加H 2 SO 4在H 2 O中的稀释液,在50℃下搅拌5小时,然后在反应溶液中加入纯水,得到固体沉淀物。 收集沉淀物并过滤,得到37.6g(产率85%)中间体1,并使用高分辨率质谱(HR-MS)鉴定该化合物。
