实验步骤:在氮气氛下将5-硝基吡啶-2-胺(1当量),Boc 2 O(1.2当量),DMAP(0.2当量)加入到aflask中。 在室温下加入二氯甲烷并将混合物搅拌过夜。 向粗品中加入乙酸乙酯,过滤沉淀物并用乙酸乙酯洗涤,得到所需的叔丁基(5-n itropyrid in-2- yl)carbam ate.HPLC-MS(方法A):Rt = 2.88mm ,[M + H] + m / z:240。产量:80%。
