合成条件:With aluminum (III) chloride In dichloromethane at 25℃; for 24 h;
实验步骤:加入9H-咔唑(1)(5.00g,29.9mmol)的二氯甲烷溶液,氯化叔丁基(6.6ml,59.8mmol)和氯化铝(4.00g,29.9mmol)。 在室温下搅拌24小时(25℃,等等)后,倒入冰水(100mL)中。 用二氯甲烷萃取,用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤,得到溶剂,在室温减压下从滤液中蒸馏出粗产物。 粗产物用石油醚,3,6-二叔丁基-9H-咔唑重结晶,得到(2a)6.30g(产率:75%)。
