合成条件:With dicyclohexyl-carbodiimide In tetrahydrofuran at 0 - 20℃; for 16 h;
实验步骤:步骤1.在0°下向搅拌的化合物39-1(1g,4mmol),化合物39-2(459mg,4mmol)的THF(20mL)溶液中加入DCC(908mg,4.4mmol)。 C。 将反应混合物在室温下搅拌。 16小时 过滤混合物,浓缩滤液,得到化合物39-3(产率:90%)。
