合成条件:With hydrogen In ethanol for 1 h;
实验步骤:用氮气吹扫N-BOC-4-硝基-L-苯基丙氨酸乙酯(78.3g,0.22mol)的无水乙醇(300mL)溶液,并加入10%钯碳(1.0g)。 在40-50psi下氢化1小时后,将反应混合物通过硅藻土过滤,并将滤饼用EtOH洗涤,然后用EtOAc洗涤。 浓缩滤液,并通过硅胶快速柱色谱法纯化残余物,用4:1至1:1 EtOAc /己烷洗脱,得到标题化合物(60g,89%收率)。 1 H NMR(400MHz,CDCl 3)δ6.90(d,2H),6.63(d,2H),4.20-4.50(m,1H),4.14(q,2H),3.76-3.00(m,2H),1.36( s,9H).1.20(t,3H)。
