实验步骤:3,5-二溴吡啶(10.0g,42.2mmol),苯基硼酸(4.6g,38.0mmol),四(三苯基膦)钯(0)(1.45g,1.25mmol),碳酸钾(17.5g,127mmol)的混合物 将水(63ml)和1,2-二甲氧基乙烷(126ml)在回流下搅拌过夜。 加入氢氧化钠水溶液(1M,60ml),然后用乙醚(100ml)萃取两次。 用二氯甲烷作溶剂,在硅胶上进行色谱分离,得到标题化合物。 产量6.1g,68%,Mp 42-44℃。
