实验步骤:N-(6-溴苯并[d]噻唑-2-基)乙酰胺(2.10g,7.75mmol),双(频哪醇合)二硼(3.00g,11.8mmol),Pd(dppf)Cl2(560mg,0.77)的混合物 将该KOAc(3.00g,30.6mmol)和DMSO(50mL)在N 2气氛下在90℃下搅拌8小时。 冷却至室温后,过滤混合物。 将滤液用乙酸乙酯(200mL)稀释,用盐水(20mL×3)洗涤,经Na 2 SO 4干燥并浓缩。 将所得残余物用石油醚(50mL)洗涤,得到浅棕色固体(2.40g,97%)。
