实验步骤:一般步骤:在烘箱干燥的烧瓶上安装磁力搅拌棒,并加入2-取代的喹啉(0.1mmol),PCCP(1mol%),Hantzsch二氢吡啶(3.0当量)和CHCl 3(2mL)。 将得到的混合物在室温下搅拌2小时。 减压除去溶剂,残余物通过硅胶柱色谱纯化,用己烷/ EtOAc(20:1)作为洗脱剂,得到相应的1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉
