实验步骤:(c)含有一些溴衍生物的2 - [(3,6-二氯-4-哒嗪基)氧基]乙醇的3-氯-6,7-二氢[1,4]二恶英[2,3-c]哒嗪A溶液 将(15.46g; 0.0703mol)的无水二恶烷(1.2L)分批用氢化锂(2.3g; 0.28mol)处理,并在室温下在氩气下搅拌1小时,然后在110℃下加热过夜。 将反应混合物用湿二恶烷淬灭,然后用冰水淬灭。 将溶液蒸发至一半体积,用5M盐酸调至pH8并蒸发至干。 加入水,残余物用5.x萃取。 用氯仿,干燥(硫酸钠)并蒸发,得到白色固体(12.4g,约77%)(含约15%的溴物质).MS(+ ve离子电喷雾)m / z 173/5(Cl MH +)); 217/9(Br MH +)
