实验步骤:8.0g化合物II,12.0g铁粉,12.0g氯化铵,60ml水,120ml二氯甲烷。将醇的混合物在80℃下回流搅拌30分钟。 TLC分析显示没有起始原料,用50ml甲醇和50ml乙酸乙酯滤出,将滤液旋转干燥,将溶剂加入300ml水,乙酸乙酯中,并用饱和洗涤有机相。 氯化钠溶液,用无水硫酸镁干燥,干燥,得到7.2g棕色固体(化合物3),产率99.4%;
