实验步骤:向在EA(500ml)中的3-(羟甲基)氮杂环丁烷-1-羧酸叔丁酯(20.96g,112mmol)的搅拌溶液中加入IBX(62.69g,224mmol)并将反应物回流过夜。 将反应冷却至室温,加入PE(500ml)并过滤反应混合物。 减压浓缩滤液,得到化合物1.3,为黄色油状产物(20.56g,99%)。 1 H NMR(400MHz,CDCl 3)δ5.144(s,9H),3.32-3.4015(m,1H),4.07-4.14(m,4H),9.85(d,J = 2.0Hz,3H)。
