实验步骤:根据Synthesis,477,1994和JP-A-8-119894中描述的方法合成2,3,6,7,10,11-六羟基三亚苯基一水合物的B型晶体。 即,将1,2-二甲氧基苯(31.78g,0.23摩尔)和无水氯化铁(120g,0.74摩尔)溶解在70%硫酸中,并在搅拌下使溶液在25℃反应24小时。 反应完成后,将溶液倒入冰水(500g)中,过滤收集沉淀的晶体。 将所得晶体用水(1L)洗涤后,干燥,得到浅紫色2,3,6,7,10,11-六甲氧基三亚苯(28.2g,理论收率1,2-二甲氧基苯:90.1%) (Synthesis,477,1994的方法)。
