合成条件:With sodium tetrahydroborate In methanol at 20℃; for 3 h; Cooling with ice
实验步骤:通用方法:向酮砜12(40.10g,0.271mol)的甲醇(700mL)混合物中分批加入硼氢化钠(15.36g,0.406mol),搅拌并在冰浴中冷却1小时(强烈放热反应)。 然后将反应混合物在2小时内在20°FontWeight =“Bold”FontSize =“10”下搅拌,真空蒸发至固体残余物,并将饱和碳酸氢钠水溶液(150mL)和乙酸乙酯(250mL)的混合物蒸发。 添加(注意:产品可溶于水)。 强烈摇动后,分层,再用乙酸乙酯(4×250mL)萃取水层。 将合并的有机层用硫酸钠干燥,并将溶剂真空蒸发至固体残余物。
