合成条件:Stage #1: With quinoline; trichlorophosphate In quinoline for 3 h; Heating / reflux Stage #2: at 20℃;
实验步骤:向氯氧化磷(13.4mL,144mmol)和喹啉(8.7mL,73mmol)的混合物中加入步骤C的产物(24.6g,131mmol),将得到的混合物加热回流3小时。 将反应冷却至100℃,然后缓慢加入水(70mL)。 将混合物进一步冷却至室温并用饱和NaHCO 3溶液小心中和。 用乙酸乙酯(3×)萃取水层,合并有机层,用MgSO 4干燥,过滤,并在室温下蒸发。 通过快速色谱法纯化粗产物,得到(23.5g,87%)所需化合物。 1 H NMR(500MHz,CDCl 3)5 8.88(d,J = 2.0Hz,1H),8。26(d,J = 2.5Hz,1H)
