实验步骤:2-(氯甲基)-1-甲基-1H-咪唑盐酸盐(BB7)的合成向(BB6)(35.5g,316.96mmol)的DCM(1500mL)溶液中加入SOCl 2(330mL,4436mmol), 将反应温热至环境温度并搅拌5小时。浓缩反应混合物,用DCM(2×500mL)洗涤残余物,然后用Et 2 O(2×200mL)洗涤,得到(BB7) (50g,95%),为灰白色固体。 Rf:0.4(EtOAc).1 H NMR(400MHz,DMSO-d6):δ7.76(1H,app d),7.70(1H,app d),5.17(2H,s),3.87(3H,s); 油墨131(MH)+。
