合成条件:Stage #1: at 0℃; for 0.17 h; Stage #2: With triethylamine In dichloromethane at 20℃; for 2 h;
实验步骤:在冷却(冰水)并搅拌下,向双(2-氯乙基)胺盐酸盐(5g,0.028mol)在30ml无水二氯甲烷中的悬浮液中滴加氯甲酸苄基酯(5.1g,0.03mol)。 在10分钟内完成添加,然后在1小时内加入三乙胺(6.46g,0.063mol)。 将混合物在室温下进一步搅拌1小时。 加入水(10ml),将混合物搅拌15分钟。 将分离的二氯甲烷层用HCl 1M(10ml),盐水(10ml)洗涤,干燥并真空浓缩,得到油状产物(7g,95.5%收率,80%pur)。
