合成条件:With ammonium hydroxide; ammonium cerium (IV) nitrate; hydroxylamine hydrochloride In water at 0℃;
实验步骤:将2-氯喹啉-3-甲醛(0.01mol)在30%氨水(30mL)中的悬浮液在室温下搅拌5分钟,导致形成混浊溶液。 在0℃恒定搅拌下向其中加入硝酸铈铵(0.01mol)。反应完成后(通过TLC监测,10-15分钟),用氯仿 - 乙酸乙酯(5:3)萃取混合物,用 用无水硫酸钠浓缩,减压浓缩,得到粗产物,将其用乙醇结晶,得到纯的2-氯喹啉-3-甲腈,为浅黄色晶体。 产量:82%。
