实验步骤:将10L三瓶装入810g(2.91mol)化合物B,3.9LTHF,用氮气吹扫并抽空三次,20℃搅拌30分钟,缓慢滴加1.2L异丙基氯(2.0Min THF)至体系中,20℃保温1小时, 在该体系中加入770g(2.25mol)C化合物,用氮气真空吹扫三次,然后向体系中缓慢滴加1.2L(2.0MinTHF)异丙基氯化镁,滴加完成后,温度升至70℃。 搅拌反应,TLC监测反应过程。 反应完成后,向反应液中加入1.3L乙酸1.3LTHF(THF)混合物,固体沉淀,抽滤,滤饼用丙酮,水,丙酮洗涤一次,50次鼓风干燥,固体为 恒重1338g,淡黄色固体,收率99.9%。
