实验步骤:步骤3)4-(4-氨基-1H-吡唑-1-基)哌啶-1-羧酸叔丁酯[0409] 4-(4-硝基-1H-吡唑-1-基)叔丁基酯的溶液 )向哌啶-1-羧酸酯(1.35g,4.56mmol)的乙醇(30mL)溶液中加入Pd / C(135mg,1.269mmol,质量百分比= 10%)。 将混合物在H 2气氛下在室温下搅拌2小时。过滤所得混合物并将滤液真空浓缩。 通过硅胶柱色谱法(DCM / MeOH(v / v)= 50/1至25/1)纯化残余物,得到标题产物,为棕色油状物(955mg,产率78.7%)。 LC-MS(ESI,阳离子)m / z:211.1 [M-55] +。
