实验步骤:在0℃下,向6.05g(0.45mmol)L-天冬酰胺在100mL 10%Na 2 CO 3中的溶液中加入56mL 1,4-二恶烷和6.9mL(0.04mmol)氯甲酸苄基酯。 将反应混合物在室温下搅拌过夜,并倒入300mL H 2 O中。 将混合物用乙醚洗涤三次。 用2N HCl水将水层酸化,析出白色沉淀。 滤出沉淀物并用乙醚充分洗涤,得到化合物14,为灰白色固体(9g,84%分离的产物); MS(ESI):m / z = 267 [M + H] +,289 [M + Na] +。
