实验步骤:实施例32化合物32的合成6-氯-2-萘甲酸6-溴-2-萘甲酸(3.0g,11.47mmol),CuCl(11.7g,114.64mmol)和CuI(2.19g,11.50mmol)的悬浮液 将脱气的DMF(45mL)在氩气下在黑暗中加热回流4小时。 冷却至室温后,将溶液倒入H 2 O(200mL)中,并将得到的混合物用EtOAc(2×500mL)萃取。 然后将合并的有机层用H 2 O(4×500mL)洗涤,然后用盐水(1×500mL)洗涤,用MgSO 4干燥,过滤并减压浓缩至干。 将残余物用CH 3 CN研磨,然后将得到的固体从EtOAc中重结晶,得到纯产物32(2.2g,93%),为灰白色固体。 HPLC t R 6.47分钟。
