合成条件:With potassium carbonate In N,N-dimethyl-formamide at 110℃;
实验步骤:通用方法:将4-氟苯乙酮/ 4-氟苯甲醛(10mmol)和咪唑/三唑(10mmol)的混合物溶于无水DMF(20mL)中。 在15分钟内将K 2 CO 3(12mmol)以小份加入上述搅拌的溶液中。 将混合物在110℃下搅拌10-12小时。 停止加热,滤出K 2 CO 3,滤液用乙酸乙酯(3×15mL)萃取。 将有机层用水(3×15mL)洗涤,用无水硫酸钠干燥并浓缩,得到油状物,将其在硅胶柱(60-120目)上纯化,用甲醇:氯仿(1:99)作为洗脱液。
