合成条件:With sulfuric acid; sodium 3-nitrobenzenesulfonate In water at 150℃; for 2.50 h;
实验步骤:1,5-萘啶(4)向烧瓶中加入化合物3(1g,10.63mmol),m-NO 2 PhhSO 3 Na(3.59g,15.95mmol),甘油(3.33mL,46.85mmol),H 2 SO 4(5.92mL,111.53mmol)。 和3毫升水。 将混合物加热至150℃并搅拌2.5小时,然后冷却至室温,用NaOH(4M)碱化至pH8,并用EA(5×30mL)萃取。 将合并的萃取液用盐水洗涤,用无水Na 2 SO 4干燥,并真空浓缩。通过色谱法(PE / EA = 1:1)纯化,得到化合物4(622mg,45%),为黄色固体。 熔点:74~75℃(参考值75℃).1 H NMR(400MHz,CDCl3):δ9.04-8.96(m,2H),8.43(d,J = 8.4Hz,2H),7.66(dd) ,J = 8.4,4.1Hz,2H)。
