合成条件:With N-Bromosuccinimide; acetic acid In tetrahydrofuran at 20℃; for 2 h;
实验步骤:将3,4-乙二氧基二氧噻吩(1.42g,10.60mmol),N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(3.74g,12.80mmol)和乙酸(20mL)的THF(20mL)溶液依次加入圆底清漆中。 将混合物在室温下搅拌2小时。 反应后,将反应混合物倒入蒸馏水中并用玻璃棒搅拌,过滤沉淀物,得到A4,为白色固体(2.50g,8.30mmol,收率83%)。 1 H NMR(400MHz,CDCl 3,ppm):δ= 4.27(s,4H)。
