实验步骤:3,6二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)在250ml二硫醇二甲基-2,5-二氢吡咯并[3,4c]吡咯-1,4-二酮(3,6-二硫代二苯基-2,5-二氢吡咯并[3,4c]吡咯-1,4dione,加入13.0g,43.3mmol)和碳酸钾(K2CO3,24.0g)中的溶液 )在145℃的温度下加入良好的溶解。 用注射器将2-乙基己基溴(2-乙基己基溴,38.6g,200mmol)一次性加入溶液中。 145℃在15℃下搅拌15小时,然后降至室温并搅拌,倒入500ml冷水,并用水和乙醇洗涤过滤器数次。 干燥后,得到深紫色粉末的二氧化硅柱(硅胶柱,洗脱液己烷:二氯甲烷= 1:10)。

实验步骤:在100mL烧瓶中加入化合物14(购自Osaka Kikoki KK)(1.50g,5.0mmol),无水碳酸钾(3.46g,25.0mmol)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(50mL)。加热至120℃。 反应1小时后加入溴 - 正辛烷(2.2mL,12.5mmol),在130℃下保持反应12小时。 反应后,将混合物冷却至室温,倒入大量水中,过滤,用硅胶柱色谱法分离滤饼:石油醚:氯仿(V:V = 1:1)得到红色 - 棕色固体15(0.85g,32%)。
