合成条件:With potassium carbonate In N,N-dimethyl-formamide at 60℃; for 18 h;
实验步骤:将6-氯吡啶-3-醇(1.0g),苄基溴(1.5g)和碳酸钾(2.4g)溶解在DMF(40mL)中并在60℃下搅拌18小时。过滤反应溶液后, 减压蒸馏除去所得滤液的溶剂,得到残渣,用硅胶柱色谱法(己烷 - 乙酸乙酯)纯化,得到3-(苄氧基)-2-氯吡啶1.3g(收率定量)。
