合成条件：With ethylenediamine; trifluoroacetic acid In nitromethane for 36 h; Reflux
实验步骤：通用方法：向芳基甲基酮（1,1.5mmol）的无水硝基甲烷（1.5mL）溶液中加入三氟乙酸（0.045mL，0.6mmol）和乙二胺（0.020mL，0.3mmol）。 将混合物在回流下搅拌并通过TLC检测。 反应完成后，将反应混合物冷却至室温，用饱和NH 4 Cl淬灭，用乙酸乙酯萃取。 将合并的有机层用盐水洗涤，用Na 2 SO 4干燥并浓缩。 通过硅胶柱色谱法纯化残余物，得到产物2。
