合成条件:With N-Bromosuccinimide In tetrachloromethane at 20℃; for 24 h;
实验步骤:步骤36-1。; 在室温下,向4-羟基吡啶(T96-1,7.0g,74mmol)的CCl 4(360mL)溶液中加入NBS(26.2g,0.147mol)。 将溶液在黑暗中搅拌24小时(用铝箔覆盖)。 减压浓缩混合物,将得到的残余物用MeOH研磨,然后用丙酮研磨,得到18.9g(100%)T96-2。
