合成条件:Stage #1: With sodium hydroxide In water at 20℃; for 28 h; Stage #2: With hydrogenchloride In water
实验步骤:将四氢-2H-吡喃-4,4-二羧酸二乙酯(4.04g,20mmol)悬浮在30%氢氧化钠水溶液(10mL)中,并将该混合物在室温下搅拌28小时。 用浓盐酸将反应溶液的pH值调节至pH 1。 加入盐酸,将混合物分配到水和乙酸乙酯中。 用无水硫酸钠干燥有机层,蒸发溶剂。 向所得粗产物中加入乙酸乙酯(30mL),通过再浆化洗涤混合物,过滤收集所得固体,干燥,得到四氢-4H-吡喃-4,4-二羧酸(3.19g, 18.3毫摩尔,92%)。 1H-NMR(DMSO-d6)δ:1.90(4H,t,J = 5.3Hz),3.55(4H,t,J = 5.3Hz),12.93(2H,s)。
