合成条件:With potassium carbonate In methanol; diethyl ether at 20℃; for 1 h;
实验步骤:2-乙炔基-4-甲基苯胺(23)在室温下向搅拌的22(11.32g,55.6mmol)的2:1 MeOH / Et 2 O(250mL)溶液中加入K 2 CO 3(15.38g,111mmol)。 在该温度下搅拌1小时后,将反应混合物用水稀释并用CH 2 Cl 2萃取。 有机层经MgSO 4干燥,过滤并在减压下浓缩,得到23,为浅棕色固体,无需纯化(6.79g,93%):1H NMR(300MHz,CDCl 3)δ7.14(d,J = 1.5) Hz,1H),6.96(dd,J = 8.2,1.5 Hz,1H),6.62(d,J = 8.2 Hz,1H),4.11(s,2H),3.36(s,1H),2.21(s,3H))。
