合成条件:With bromine In dichloromethane at 0℃;
实验步骤:将溴(11.6mL,0.23MOL)缓慢加入到冷却的0℃的4-乙基苯酚(25g,0.21mol)溶解的CH 2 Cl 2(125mL)中。 加完后,将反应混合物搅拌5分钟,然后用1N NAOH淬灭。 将反应混合物用H2O稀释,分层。 将有机层浓缩成橙色油状物。 通过快速柱色谱法纯化(0至5%EtOAc的己烷溶液),得到标题化合物,为透明油状物(42g,98%)。 1H NMR(400MHz,CDCl3):5 1.20(t,J = 7.6Hz,3H),2.58(q,J = 7.5Hz,2H),5.36(s,1H),6.93( d,J = 8.3Hz,1H),7.03(d,J = 8.3Hz,1H),7.28(s,1H)。
