实验步骤:将式11(5g,16.7mmol,1.0当量)溶解在2N乙酸水溶液(350ml)中,缓慢加入亚硝酸钠(16.7g,14.5当量),在室温下放置48小时。 2N用氢氧化钠水溶液将混合物调节至pH6-7,然后减压浓缩。 减压浓缩加入甲醇/乙酸乙酯(1:5,360ml)后,除去不溶性盐。 该方法重复除去盐几次,在减压下浓缩,得到4.22g式(7)的浅棕色透明油,收率95%。

实验步骤:将化合物68-3溶解在NH 3 / MeOH(600mL)中并搅拌过夜。 浓缩溶剂,得到残余物,将其通过硅胶柱色谱法(5%MeOH / DCM)纯化,得到68-4(12g,99%),为白色固体。
