实验步骤:将5-溴-2-(2-硝基乙烯基氨基)苯甲酸(步骤1,2的化合物,25g,87mmol)和乙酸酐(10.5mL,104mmol)在乙酸酐(112mL,1185mmol)中搅拌3小时 在120°C。 过滤沉淀物,并用乙酸洗涤直至滤液无色。 进一步用水洗涤并干燥,得到标题化合物。 产量:15克(64%); 1H NMR(CDCl3,500MHz):δ9.275(s,1H),8.611-8.615(d,IH,J = 2Hz),8.100-8.118(d,IH,J = 9Hz),8.026-8.048(dd,IH) ,J = 8.5Hz,2Hz)。

实验步骤:化合物3a的合成(29.0g,0.130mol)加入到500mL三颈烧瓶中,加热并搅拌直至溶解。此外,硝酸(40.95g,0.650mol)和丙酸(10mL)的混合物缓慢 加完后,反应进一步进行2小时.TLC检测[V(二氯甲烷):V(甲醇)= 15:1]反应完成,冷却,过滤,反应完成。 将滤渣加入冰饱和碳酸氢钠溶液中并搅拌。过滤,残余物干燥。得到黄色固体状化合物(26.0g,收率:64.5%)。
