合成条件：With palladium 10% on activated carbon; hydrogen In ethanol at 20℃;
实验步骤：一般步骤：将化合物1-4（6.13mmol）在乙醇（30mL）中的混合物用10％Pd / C（20wt％1-4）处理，并在Parr氢化中过夜至50psi H 2（g）。 仪器。 过滤反应混合物并真空浓缩。 通过快速色谱法，用30％-40％EtOAc /己烷的梯度洗脱，得到纯产物1M-4M。
