实验步骤:向2-溴-4-硝基甲苯(25g,116mmol),吡啶(100mL)和水(200mL)的混合物中分批加入KMnO 4(102g,642mmol)。 将混合物回流5小时后,加入另外量的KMnO 4(27.5g,174mmol)。 将混合物回流并搅拌过夜,然后经硅藻土过滤。 将滤液用浓HCl(110mL)酸化,用EtOAc(600mL)萃取,经无水Na 2 SO 4干燥,并在真空下蒸发,得到化合物19,为固体(19.4g,68.1%收率)。 1H NMR(400MHz,CD3OD):δ8.43(d,J = 2.1Hz,1H),8.18(dd,J = 8.5,2.1Hz,1H)和7.86(d,J = 8.5Hz,1H)ppm; 熔点:153-155℃。
