实验步骤:实施例1(1)4-(苄氧基)-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛(化合物20)的制备在氮气氛下,溶解丁香醛(化合物19)(3g,16.47mmol)和碳酸钾(6.83g,49.4mmol) 向其中加入苄基溴(2.94mL,24.7mmol),将反应混合物在室温下搅拌过夜。 通过TLC确定反应完成后,将反应溶液用水和乙酸乙酯萃取。 将萃取的有机层用水洗涤三次,用无水MgSO 4干燥,并通过过滤器过滤。 浓缩滤液,并通过柱色谱(5:1己烷/ EtOAc)纯化,得到化合物20,为白色固体(4.45g,99.2%)。 化合物20的NMR数据如下所示。 1H NMR(300MHz,CDCl3)δ3.90(s,6H),5.13(s,2H),7.11(s,2H),7.29-7.48(m,5H),9.86(s,1H); 13C NMR(75MHz,CDCl3)δ56.2,75.0,106.7,128.1,128.2,128.4,128.6,131.9,137.2,191.1
