合成条件:With sodium ethanolate In toluene at 50 - 60℃; for 4 h;
实验步骤:(1)在250毫升三颈烧瓶中,加入24克(0.348摩尔)乙醇钠和200毫升无水甲苯。搅拌,滴加(滴加30分钟)45.6克(0.34摩尔)4-甲基苯乙酮均匀混合 加入51.0克(0.348摩尔)草酸二乙酯。滴加后将溶液加热至50-60℃。将反应物搅拌4小时。冷却至室温,用5%稀盐酸溶液洗涤,并调节PH值。 液体分离,收集甲苯层,用无水硫酸钠干燥30分钟。过滤,减压蒸馏滤液泵,回收甲苯。残余物用95%乙醇重结晶,得到中间体1(纯度: 99.1%)73.3g。产率为92%。
