实验步骤:向3,5-二溴吡嗪-2-胺(2.00g,7.91mmol)的THF(24mL)溶液中加入三乙胺(3.3mL,24mmol),碘化亚铜(151mg,0.79mmol)和Pd(PPh 3hCh( 在氮气保护下将混合物冷却至-5℃,然后将三甲基甲硅烷基乙炔(1.07mL,7.50mmol)缓慢滴加到混合物中。加完后,将混合物温热至0℃并搅拌1.5小时。 将混合物真空浓缩以除去溶剂,并将残余物通过硅胶柱色谱法(PE / EtOAc(v / v)= 511)纯化,得到标题化合物,为黑色油状物(42mg,94%)。MS( ESI,阳离子)m / z:272.00 [M + Ht; 1H NMR(400MHz,CDCh)δ(ppm):8.04(s,1H),5.14(s,2H),0.30(s,9H)。
