实验步骤:通用方法(a):照射1,2-二甲基乙烯2b-e,h(10mmol)和细粉碎的N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS 3.68g,21mmol,2.1当量)在CCl 4(40-80mL)中的溶液 使用HPK125汞灯1-2小时,搅拌均匀(tlc或1H NMR监测)。 将反应混合物用CH 2 Cl 2稀释,用H 2 O或2N NH 4 Cl水溶液洗涤,用MgSO 4干燥。 蒸发溶剂,定量得到5b-e,h,无需进一步纯化即可使用。
