实验步骤:将30%甲醇钠的甲醇溶液(8.0mL,42.0mmol)滴加到冷却(冰浴)的5-溴-2,4-二氯嘧啶(9.85g,43.2mmol)的甲醇(100mL)溶液中。。 将混合物温热至室温并搅拌4小时。 减压除去溶剂,将残余物在水和二氯甲烷之间分配。 将有机层用水,盐水洗涤,干燥(MgSO 4)并蒸发,得到标题化合物(9.40g,93%),为固体.LRMS(m / z):222/224(M + 1)+ .H- NMRδ(CDCl3):4.11(s,3H),8.44(s,1H)。
