合成条件：With bromine In chloroform for 0.25 h;
实验步骤：向苯并[d]噻唑-6-胺（100mg，0.67mmol）的6ml CHCl 3溶液中滴加Br 2（42mg，0.27mmol）的CHCl 3（10ml）溶液约15分钟。 减压浓缩混合物，残余物用DCM：MeOH（5：1）结晶，得到7-溴苯并[d]噻唑-6-胺（80mg，80％）。
