合成条件:With bromine In chloroform for 0.25 h;
实验步骤:向苯并[d]噻唑-6-胺(100mg,0.67mmol)的6ml CHCl 3溶液中滴加Br 2(42mg,0.27mmol)的CHCl 3(10ml)溶液约15分钟。 减压浓缩混合物,残余物用DCM:MeOH(5:1)结晶,得到7-溴苯并[d]噻唑-6-胺(80mg,80%)。
