合成条件:Stage #1: With triethylamine In dichloromethane at 0℃; for 0.50 h; Stage #2: at 0℃;
实验步骤:将5.8mL(63.76mmol,1.05当量)苯胺在150mL无水二氯甲烷中的溶液加入到250mL圆底烧瓶中,然后在0℃下加入14.8mL(106.26mmol,1.75当量)三乙胺并搅拌 30分钟。 缓慢滴加11.479g(60.72mmol,1.0当量)2-氯-6-甲基苯甲酰氯并在0℃下搅拌(> 3小时)。 反应完成后,将混合物用1N HCl,水和碳酸氢钠水溶液洗涤一次,并将有机层干燥(硫酸钠)。 重结晶得到13g(52.91mmol,87%)2-氯-6-甲基-N-苯基苯甲酰胺,为白色固体。
