实验步骤:向4-溴-N-甲基-2-硝基苯胺(2.1g,9mmol)的MeOH(50mL)溶液中加入Fe粉末(2.5g,45mmol)和NH 4 Cl(4.8g,90mmol)。 将混合物在80℃下搅拌4小时,倒入H 2 O(60mL)中并用EA(40mL×2)萃取。 有机层用无水Na 2 SO 4干燥,过滤并真空浓缩,得到4-溴-N'-甲基苯-1,2-二胺(2.0g,99%),为黄色固体。 LC-MS m / z:203.1 [M + H] +。 tR = 1.64分钟
