实验步骤:将1.0g 5-氨基-2-甲氧基吡啶置于单颈烧瓶中并溶于40mL二恶烷中。 加入1.79g二碳酸二叔丁酯,将混合物回流过夜。 冷却后,减压蒸发溶剂,残留物经硅胶色谱纯化,用庚烷和乙酸乙酯洗脱液(体积比为90/10至70/30)梯度洗脱。 获得1.58g化合物48(97%)。
