合成条件:With hydrazine hydrate In water; acetonitrile at 0 - 20℃; for 14 h;
实验步骤:9-H-芴-9-基甲基肼基甲酸酯(1)(0156)向充分搅拌的水合肼(19g,386mmol)在150mL CH 3 CN / H 2 O(1/1,v / v)中的溶液中, 在0℃下在2小时内滴加FmocCl(10g,38.65mmol)在600mL CH 3 CN中的溶液。 然后将反应混合物温热至室温并再搅拌12小时,真空浓缩至150mL并过滤,得到标题化合物,为白色固体,用水和己烷洗涤,干燥至恒重。 真空(9.74克,99%):熔点172-173℃。 1H NMR(DMSO)□4.08(brs,2H),4.21(t,J = 7.2Hz,1H),4.28(d,J = 7.2Hz,2H),7.32(t,J = 7.4Hz,2H),7.42 (t,J = 7.4Hz,2H),7.69(d,J = 7.4Hz,2H),7.89(d,J = 7.4Hz,2H),8.36(brs,1H); 13C NMR(DMSO),47.7,66.7,121.1(2C),126.3(2C),128.1(2C),128.7(2C),141.7(2C),144.9(2C),159.2。
