合成条件：With triethylamine In dichloromethane at 20℃;
实验步骤：向圆底烧瓶中装入Int-15（6.6g，45mmol），（BoC）2O（10.7g，50mmol），4-二甲基氨基吡啶（55mg，0.45mmol），三乙胺（13g，130mmol）。 和DCM（50mL）。 将混合物在室温下搅拌过夜，浓缩至干燥，并通过快速柱色谱法纯化，得到产物Int-16（9.8g，89％）。
