实验步骤:向46(10.0g,99.9mmol)的四氢呋喃溶液(20ml)中加入(Boc)20(27.5ml,119.9mmol),并在室温下搅拌16小时。 减压蒸发反应混合物的溶剂至干,将得到的晶体在正己烷中粉碎,得到47(19.25g,96%)无色晶体。 熔点181.5.similar.182.5℃,1H NMR(300MHz,CDCl3)δ1.60(9H,s),6.88(1H,d,J = 3.7Hz),7.38(1H,d,J = 3.7Hz),11.9( 1H,s)IR(Nujol)1713cm-1,APCI-MS m / z 201 [M + H] +
