实验步骤:将8-羟基喹啉(5g,0.3mol)溶解在乙醇(50mL)中,向其中加入溶于水(15mL)中的氢氧化钠(10g,0.25mol)。 回流溶液,在此期间用30分钟滴加氯仿。 回流20小时后,真空蒸发乙醇和过量的氯仿。 将所得残余物溶于150mL水中,加入稀盐酸使溶液呈微酸性。 将得到的黄色固体用二氯甲烷萃取,然后通过柱色谱(硅胶,二氯甲烷/甲醇)纯化,得到标题产物,为白色固体(115mg,0.67mmol)。 1H-NMR(CDCl3-400MHz)d = 10.16(s,1H),9.71(dd,1H,J = 1.6Hz,8.4Hz),8.89(dd,1H,J = 1.6Hz,4.0Hz),8.02( d,1H,J = 8.0Hz),7.69(q,1H,J = 4.0Hz),7.30(d,1H,J = 8.0Hz); 13 C-NMR(DMSO-d6-400MHz)d = 193.1,160.5,149.9,141.1,138.9,133.9,127.7,125.5,123.4,111.7。
