实验步骤:将糖精(6.0g)在甲醇(120ml)中在室温下与次氯酸叔丁酯(5ml)反应5分钟,得到化合物氯 - 糖精1a(6.0g,84%); 在室温下使氯 - 糖精1a(3.0g)与三氟甲硫基 - 银(3.6g)在乙腈(40ml)中反应10分钟,得到化合物1(3.3g,86%)。 试剂1在室温下为白色固体,可溶于有机溶剂,如二氯甲烷,氯仿,丙酮和乙腈。
